Refund Policy

If Blueprint isn’t right for your business, email support@blueprintbusinesssystems.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full.

The Vacation Rental Operations Suite is a one-time purchase of digital software. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider, Stripe, and typically appear within a few business days depending on your bank.

When a purchase is fully refunded, the licence granted by the Terms of Use ends and your product access is revoked automatically. Business data you entered is not deleted by a refund; email us if you want it removed.

Email support@blueprintbusinesssystems.com from the address associated with your purchase and tell us you would like a refund. You do not need to give a reason, though feedback helps us improve. We will confirm by email once the refund is submitted.

After 14 days, refunds are not guaranteed. We will still review genuine problems — for example a duplicate charge, a payment made in error, or a defect that prevents you from using the product — and may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

To keep this policy sustainable for a small software company:

One refunded purchase per customer. We may decline a refund where the purchase has been shared, resold or redistributed in breach of the Terms of Use, where access controls or payment checks have been circumvented, or where a refund request is part of a pattern of abuse or fraud. We may also decline repeat purchase-and-refund cycles.

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us may delay resolution; please email us first and we will handle it directly.

Where a partial refund is issued, access is reviewed individually rather than revoked automatically, and we will tell you the outcome.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable consumer law. This policy is part of the Blueprint Business Systems™ Terms of Use.
