Terms of Use & Software Licence

Blueprint is provided by Blueprint Business Systems™ (“Blueprint”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Blueprint Vacation Rental Operations Suite and any other Blueprint software, website or service you access (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service to operate your own business.

You receive rights of access and use only. You do not acquire ownership of Blueprint, its software, source code, design, structure, methodology, templates, documentation or any other Blueprint intellectual property, all of which remain ours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you may not copy, reproduce, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, publish, share access to, or commercially replicate the Service or any substantial part of it; use it to build a competing product; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted; remove or obscure proprietary notices; or permit anyone outside your business to use your account.

You are responsible for your account credentials, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Notify us promptly at support@blueprintbusinesssystems.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Vacation Rental Operations Suite is sold as a one-time purchase. There is no recurring subscription charge for the product you purchased.

Future products, versions, modules, add-ons, integrations and services may be offered separately and may require additional payment. Your purchase does not include a promise that every future Blueprint product, version, add-on or feature will be provided to you at no additional cost, and we make no commitment regarding unlimited future development, “lifetime updates” or “lifetime support”.

We aim to keep the Service available and maintained, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability.

Blueprint calculations, metrics, Business Health, Business Briefing, Your Priorities and Insights are based on information you enter and store. You are responsible for reviewing your information for completeness and accuracy. Blueprint does not independently audit your business records.

Blueprint is an informational business-management tool. It does not verify, audit or reconcile your records against any external source, and outputs reflect only what you have entered.

Blueprint does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.

We make no guarantee or representation regarding revenue, profit, occupancy, bookings, cost savings, valuation or any other business outcome you may achieve using Blueprint.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueprint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost bookings, lost data or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of these sections may not apply to you.

You may not use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, to transmit malicious code, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other customers’ data, to scrape or overload the Service, or to circumvent access controls, payment or entitlement checks.

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, chargeback abuse or breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary, eligible purchases may be refunded within 14 days of purchase; a full refund ends your licence and access.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the version and effective date shown on this page. Material changes will be communicated to the contact address on your account where reasonably practicable. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
